These terms apply when you use this website, which is run by Supermerco, based in India. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
2. Information, not an offer
This website describes our product and services for information. It is not an offer to supply anything. Any pilot or other engagement is governed only by a separate written agreement between you and us.
Product figures on this site come from runs on the dates stated, on the machines stated. Results with other inputs, settings or hardware will differ. Items marked as in development or on the roadmap are plans. They may change or may never ship.
3. Not medical advice
Supermerco produces synthetic test data, and evidence about that data, for software development and testing. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Our product gives no treatment advice and does not judge whether any record is clinically right. Do not use anything on this site to make clinical decisions.
4. Using the site
Please do not:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- send real patient information, or personal data about other people without the right to do so;
- submit malware, spam or content that is unlawful or misleading;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection with us.
Security research that follows our disclosure policy is welcome.

The text, design, name and logo on this site belong to Supermerco. You may link to any page and quote short passages with attribution. Anything more needs our written permission.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it, express or implied.
